Alba: A Wildlife Adventure and Wylde Flowers are both Apple Arcade exclusives on mobile. You cannot buy either one outright on a phone or tablet — they come only with an Arcade subscription, and neither has ever shipped on Android. Arcade itself has no free tier, which is where people get tripped up: the free part is a trial, and it bills monthly once that runs out. If a game on this list is on Arcade, its store page will say so.
Not of the game you're thinking of. The original Cozy Grove was on Apple Arcade back in 2021, but it was pulled from the service in early 2024 and there's no way to buy it on a phone or tablet now. What you'll find in the app stores today is Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit, a sequel published by Netflix — it's a separate game, and you need an active Netflix subscription to play it. Any Netflix plan works, and there's nothing extra to buy once you're in. If you want the original, it's on PC, Switch, PlayStation and Xbox.
Mostly yes, but check before you commit to a long flight. Apple Arcade games are built to be played offline once they're downloaded — Apple says so directly, and that covers Alba: A Wildlife Adventure and Wylde Flowers, both Arcade exclusives on mobile. Netflix-published games need you to download, set up and sign in once while you're online; after that an internet connection isn't required, though support varies game by game and anything built around live events will still want a connection. The honest caveat is that offline behaviour is a per-game detail, so the store listing is the thing to read. One more thing worth checking before you install anything old: an iOS port that hasn't been updated in years can be rough — Graveyard Keeper's iPhone version hasn't been patched since July 2019, and its store rating sits around 3.2 stars.
Because mobile is harder for us to catalogue than Steam, not because we think mobile is short on cozy games. Steam has one clean store we can read reliably. Phone storefronts scatter the same games across subscription services, regional listings and lookalike spin-offs, and a search result often isn't the game you expect — the Cozy Grove you'll find on mobile is "Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit", a Netflix-published sequel that needs a Netflix subscription, not the game people mean. Alba: A Wildlife Adventure and Wylde Flowers are on mobile too, but only through Apple Arcade, so they need a subscription and have never come to Android. So treat this page as a curated short list, not a survey. There are good cozy mobile games we simply haven't got to yet, and always check the store listing before you buy.
